TO USE:

STEP 1: Remove White in Minutes® mouth tray and whitening light from plastic packaging.

STEP 2: Place the whitening light into the two holes in the front of the mouth tray.

STEP 3: Apply a thin bead of into the top and bottom impressions. Place tray into mouth and whiten teeth for 20 – 60 minutes. The time needed is dependent on desired results and tooth sensitivity level.

STEP 4: Once the whitening process is complete, remove the tray, separate the light from the mouth tray and rinse the entire tray with warm water, removing any residual whitening gel.
